The Vice President of Real Estate will have the ability to effectively manage internal and external teams of staff, partners, consultants, and stakeholders to achieve a project's success while simultaneously building positive company reputation with all parties. The Vice President of Real Estate will be responsible for all tasks related to the portfolio’s stewardship and project success including the financial modeling, planning, design, entitlement, permitting, sales, marketing, corporate communication, close-out, and asset management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing large-scale property portfolios and executing real estate strategies across a variety of residential and commercial property types. To support this renewed effort, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Real Estate to join our team in Maui, Hawaii.
